I’ve always loved acting—it’s one of the creative spaces where I feel most alive and most myself. Stepping into different roles has allowed me to explore humanity, emotion, and storytelling in ways that deeply inform my therapeutic work. Acting gives me a unique lens into expression, vulnerability, and connection, and I carry that artistry into the healing spaces I create.
